Teen brothers

Things are
hotting up
in the kitchen

Things aren’t
looking great for
Faith’s future

The Chefs’ Brigade
● COOKING / 9pm / BBC2
Halfway through his challenge to create a world-class

time to make some tough decisions if his novices are to
stand a chance of beating a revered Andalusian fish
restaurant. He organises an unpopular reshuffle in the
kitchen and a group conversation about who should
leave. Will his measured strategy tip the scales in their
favour or result in a kitchen-sink drama? ★★★★★ ER

The Yorkshire Vet

As Faith and Steve’s
passion heats up, so
does the crime rate
● DRAMA / 9pm / BBC1
Blonde crime boss Gael
Reardon (Anastasia Hille)
turns up the heat on Faith
and Steve, who suspect her of
orchestrating the ‘warning
shot’ hit-and-run on Steve’s
now seriously injured teenage
daughter Angie. Meanwhile,
Madlen’s guilt is thrown into
doubt after a phone call from
PC Williams, and DI Breeze
(Rhashan Stone) claims that
he has enough evidence to
arrest Faith for money-
laundering, so could she find
herself banged up just as Evan
gets out on parole? Look out
for some more simmering
passion between Faith and
bad-boy Steve and a (very big)
hint that ‘wronged husband’
Evan isn’t actually all that he
seems – surprise, surprise! Next
week’s penultimate episode is
set to be a blinder. ★★★★^ HD
