ate a list of potential properties that fi t
the general requirements of the couple
(location, number of rooms, pricing), and
the wedding planner should narrow down
the list based on the couple’s wedding
requirements (guest capacity, indoor/out-
door venues). Then both the travel agent
and the wedding planner should work
together to get the client the best
contract. For any auxiliary hotels
and room reservations, the
travel agent should take the
lead, but the wedding plan-
