WEDDING CAKE ROCK, AUSTRALIA
The stark white cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean attract nearly
10 000 visitors to the Royal National Park in Sydney every month.
Many simply sit on the edge of this rock – which is 25m above sea
level – but others push the envelope, staging fight scenes or striking
yoga poses. In 2014, a man fell to his death after hanging off the edge.

Tourists queue here daily to snap a pic on top of the teetering
rock, 914m above the ground. It seems the rock is fixed fast, but
part of the thrill is that no one knows if it will work its way free.

EL CAMINITO DEL REY, SPAIN
Why opt for an easy stroll while visiting the province of Málaga
when you can opt for the El Caminito del Rey, a shaky walkway
along a narrow 100m gorge. The rickety construction was in
such disrepair it was partially closed for more than a decade.
It reopened in 2015, and pics of adventure-seekers making
the dangerous trek have been popping up all over Instagram.
