absolute gem, having been restored in the

US to an excellent standard. There’sagreat

deal of documentation which comes with the car

ttoo, with details of much money spent over the

yyears, includingaletterdescribing just how good

tthe bodywork was prior to restoration, detailing

ttheverygood condition of all the floor pans. It’s

alsoamatching-numbers car,with confirmation

tthatthe 324 cuinV 8 wasrebuilt,alongwiththe

HydramaticJetawayautomatictransmission.

In bright sunshine, the red paintwork gleams

radiantly; the repaint being ofaveryhighquality

andnotahint of rust anywhere. It’sthesame

storyforthe underside: it’ssqueaky clean, as

areall theinnerwheel arches, finished in black

paint. The engine bay is also well detailed and

veryclean, with the panels finished in satin

black paint. Indeed, the boot area has been fully

trimmed with millboard and carpet, complete

withajackand original Oldsmobile water

container.Interior-wise, just about everything has

been retrimmed; the seats inared and cream

vinyl,anew cream headlining, the dashboard

has been painted and all instrumentation remains

undamaged, with highly polished mouldings.
