ritish actor Orlando Bloom is getting set to marry

pop star Katy Perry following their February

engagement – by saying goodbye to his super-sleek

Beverly Hills pad. He bought the minimalist home

(during the pair’s temporary split two years ago) from

renowned Mexican architect Miguel Angel Aragonés

and is now selling it for a whopping $12.9 million.

While Katy, 34, recently revealed the pair are not rushing down the

aisle just yet, she’s offered a glimpse of what life is like with the actor.

‘Sunday is usually family night for us... Orlando, myself, my sister,

my parents, my brother,’ she revealed recently. ‘So it’s like cuddling

up with the kids, and we usually watch Idol and have take-out.’

Now that Orlando, 42, is offloading his bach pad, the pair can prep

for married life together by cohabiting in Katy’s luxe Hidden Valley

compound. Her five-bedroom manor is worth a cool $27 million and
