It’seasytoimaginea greatvideogame

suchstoriesarebeingtold,justnotbymilitarygames.

Thelackofambiguityaroundfriendandfoe
inmilitarygamesis shadowedbytheincreasing
prevalenceofunmannedvehiclesordevicesin
combat,frommountedgunstoPredatordrones,
whichoftenusegame-stylecontrollersandinterfaces.
Accordingtomanyformerdroneoperators,the

drone programmes often operate on the fringes of

legality,andarenotsubjecttothesamejuridical

Dronestrikescontinuetobepopularwithpoliticians,
however,becauseasinvideogames,dronewarfare

thepsychologicaltollis oftensevere.
