rant-goers at the Granville in Los
Angeles’s Studio City got a big sur-
prise on July 28 when Lady Gaga
walked in—casual in a tank top and
short-shorts, with no bodyguards
or fanfare. Still, “she was fabulous,”
a diner tells People of the pop star.
“We were all in awe.”
But as all eyes were on Gaga, she
had eyes only for her male com-
panion Dan Horton, an audio
engineer. As the two ate at a table
on the sidewalk patio of the res-
taurant, “they were kissing as they
spoke really close,” the diner
