The Verdict:
Mellencamp, 38, does a great job of get-
ting protein starting at breakfast with the
eggs, turkey bacon and almond butter,
says Atlanta-based dietitian Marisa Moore.
Mellencamp gets even more healthy pro-
teins with her turkey snack and the eda-
mame and tuna—then finishes out the day
with a “well-balanced meal that will get
