How long have you been a Larne FC fan?
We have been Larne supporters for a few years now. We started going to the
matches as I have three boys, two of which are football mad. My eldest plays
rugby, so as you can imagine the dinner table conversation as to which one is best
is always an interesting one.

What has been your most memorable moment as a Larne FC fan?
Apart from winning the Championship title (of course), it would have to be when
my son Caleb was picked as mascot to walk out with his favourite player, our
captain and keeper Conor Devlin. My son himself is a goalkeeper for one of the
Larne Youth 2010 teams so it was a great experience for him walking out into the
pitch and coming back to tell us “that was the best day ever mum”.

What are your predictions for the season ahead?
I might sound a bit like our manager, Tiernan Lynch, when I say this but I think
we just need to take each match as it comes and learn from it, we’re prepared to
battle our way through every game and hopefully it sees us working our way up
through.

If you could choose any footballer to join Larne FC who would it be?
My sons would probably come off with Ronaldo or Messi but for me it would have to be our very own Gareth McAuley. I can just imagine the
reception he would receive at Inver Park.

What makes Larne FC unique?
I’d say every supporter of any club would say the same on this one, but with Larne I feel it has brought a town together and brought a bit of life to
the town. In the lead up week to the Championship we decorated shop windows, erected flags, local bakeries decorated cakes and buns with
Larne FC, what a week it was and what a week of celebrations after. It truly has been great for our town.
