WHINNEY HILL KENNELS

18TH BIRTHDAY PAWDAY

WITH ROSIE’S TRUST

Whinney Hill Kennels recently hosted its 18th Birthday Pawday with special guest
Nuala McKeever’s, Hillary Hamilton from Holywood. Dog-themed stalls and
activities, live music from the Lagan Band, street food from Simply Irresistible,
magician Caolan McBride, face painting and bouncy castles provided a fantastic
free fun event for all the family. Pet pooches were ‘paws’itively encouraged to join
their owners for this dogtastic day out with a ‘dog’stable course, a fun dog show
and a chance to try dog agility. Local charities German Shepherd RRR, The Barn
Rescue, Little China Dog Rescue and Gun Dog Rescue joined the celebrations
along with canine related charities Pets as Therapy and Search & Rescue Dog
Association (SARDA). The wonderful charity Rosie’s Trust was the
beneficiary of the £1730 donations raised on the day.
