125ml dried cranberries
250ml gluten-free oats
125ml almond flour
3ml gluten-free baking powder
5ml ground cinnamon
pinch salt
15ml chia seeds
60ml ground flaxseed
125ml pumpkin seeds
45ml coconut oil
1 banana, mashed
45ml golden syrup
60ml almond milk
1 Preheat oven to 160°C. Combine dry
ingredients and make a well in the centre.
Combine wet ingredients and stir into the
dry ones. Set aside for 5 minutes.
2 Scoop 30ml dollops of the mixture onto
baking paper-lined trays and press slightly
flat. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden
around the edges. Cool on trays. Store in
an airtight container.
