have first been designed and
produced by the company in
1937 to offer a middle style
between a brogue and an
Oxford. This suede Oxford – Half
Brogue, made with the classic
punching on the toe and around
the top of the quarters, costs
£4,530 plus VAT.

LOCK & CO
Seen on actors such as Charlie
Chaplin, Lock & Co created the
iconic Coke hat (the bowler) in
1849, originally commissioned
by Edward Coke who needed a
hat hardy enough to protect his
gamekeepers. The Town Coke,
£385, as it’s called today, comes
in black, grey and brown.

Levi Strauss in 1873, the denim
jean has not only become an

reproduction of a jean from the

The company, which was started
in 1913 by Irving Schott on New
York City’s Lower East Side,
invented the motorcycle jacket
in 1928, and the original Perfecto
was worn by Marlon Brando
in The Wild One. Schott is still
making jackets to this day, with
the Perfecto available for £382.
