British Friends of the Art Museums of
Israel (BFAMI) held its annual Women
in Art lunch at The Berkeley hotel in
June. Renowned American artist Rachel
Feinstein was in conversation with
former BBC director Alan Yentob. Rachel
works in mixed mediums and donated
an original piece entitled Chuey for the
lunch’s raffle. Other prizes included a
stay at the Gritti Palace in Venice and a
Lalique vase. The lunch raised money for
educational programmes run by the art
