xperts from the UAE’s legal and

construction sectors are set to

reunite for Construction Week’s

Dispute Resolution Question Time:

Abu Dhabi conference on 23 October, 2019.

Due to be held at the Sofitel Abu Dhabi

Corniche hotel, the event will host more

than 60 industry figures from construction

development, contracting, sub-contracting

and consulting communities to debate topics

such as late payment resolutions, contract

claims, arbitration options and alternative

resolution mechanisms.

Last year’s panel discussion was moderated

by Quantum Global Solutions’ regional

director for the UAE, Ian Maund. Also on the

panel were Conrad Bromley, director at HKA,

and Antonios Dimitracopoulos, BSA Ahmad

Bin Hezeem & Associations’ partner and

head of arbitration and dispute resolution

and construction practices. Robert Jackson

from the Royal Institution of Chartered

Surveyors, and James Harbridge from HFW,

completed the four-strong panel.

Those interested in speaking at the

event have until 2 October to register their

interest, while the attendee deadline will be
