UAE real estate developer Aldar
Properties has appointed Trojan,
Arabian Construction Company,
Ghantoot Gulf Contracting Co, and
NBHH to develop the $1.4bn (AED5bn)
Al Falah homes, Two Four 54’s
new campus, and Saadiyat Island
infrastructure projects. Aldar was
awarded the projects by the Government
of Abu Dhabi in July as part of its third-
party development business, which has
a portfolio worth $2.7bn (AED10bn).
