the venue for technical talks and
displays. It quickly became a popular
refuge from the changeable weather,
although a little rain didn't dampen
the enthusiasm. Music was provided

carnival atmosphere. Volksfling has
developed over the years, cementing
its reputation as Scotland's premier
VW show. During that time, it has
established close links with the local
community in Biggar and its Borders
location makes it accessible to visitors
from both north and south. From
what I could see the event is going
from strength to strength and it's
already in my diary for next year.
