3 empty wine bottles
pot scourer
sponge paintbrush
acrylic gesso
large, flat paintbrushes
matte chalk-finish acrylic paint in
3 colours and hues of your choice
print-out of bunny silhouettes
scissors
pencil
white acrylic paint
small paintbrush
craft glue
string/wool/twine in 3 colours of
your choice
tuft of cotton wool
twigs, vines, greenery and flowers,
to decorate

STEP ONE
Remove any collars and labels
fromthebottles,thensoak
them in warm, soapy water.
Use a pot scourer to gently
scrub off any residue and label
glue. Set aside until completely
dry. Once dry, use the sponge
paintbrush to prime the bottles
by applying a layer of acrylic
gesso. Allow to dry before
moving on to the next step.

STEP TWO
Using the flat paintbrushes, paint each
bottle with matte chalk-finish acrylic paint
in a different colour of your choice. Repeat
this step should more than one coat of
paint be needed. Create accent areas
around the neck and base of each bottle
using matte chalk-finish acrylic paint in
different hues, if desired. Allow to dry
before moving on to the next step.
