It’s those tastes you would want
to return for, again and again; from
the mussels with chilli, lemongrass
and ginger to the tataki and tartare,
Asian-style barbecue pork belly and
prawns, and the delectable desserts.
Protégé may mean apprentice but
here, it never means second – it’s
first-class fine dining at its best.
