our editor, Andrea Pafitis-Hill, was
tasked with selecting a winner
for Backsberg’s Valentine’s Day
Recipe Challenge. A passionate
food stylist, Simone has a keen
eye for detail which is evident in
the beautiful images showcased
on her feed. Approach with caution,

not be able to stop yourself from

These herby chickpea patties with Greek-yoghurt
dressing are deliciously crispy and robust. Enjoy
