Togetstartedwith WOMic,you need theWOMicapp

from the PlayStore(bit.ly/wodroid490)orApp Store

(bit.ly/woapple490),^1 the Windows Client^2 and the

virtual devicedriver.^3 Click Run when prompted, install the

PC software, then open both Client andapp.

In WO Mic Client,clickConnection,^1 thenConnect.^2

Selectyour phone in the ‘Target Bluetooth device’ menu,

then click OK.Theconnectionstatus displays in the

bottom-leftcorner of theClient.^3 To end,clickConnection,

Disconnect^4 and, in the app,tap theStop button.

If you’drather useWi-Fi, followStep1but, when

enteringthe Transportsetting sinStep2,chooseWi-Fi.

Tapthe Playbuttonto reveal an IP address. In the

Client,click Wi-Fiunder‘Transport type.’^1 Copy the app’s

IP addressinthe ‘Server IP address’ field’^2 and clic kOK.^3

If there’snoWi-Fi network, turn on MobileHotspot on

your phone andconnectyour PCto it. Go backto the

app andswitch theTransportto Wi-FiDirect.Back in the

Client,change ‘Transporttype’ to Wi-FiDirect.^1 Check both

devices sharethe same Soft AP address^2 and click OK.^3

Go to System, Sound^1 in the Settingsappand select

‘Microphone (WOMic Device)’.^2 When youspeak into

the phone,the bar under‘Testyour microphone’should

move.^3 Windows software, suchasAudacity,should be able

to hear themic when youselect it from the options.^4
