an exceptional artist who is also a
leading light in the British ‘plein air’
movement. She paints vibrant oils in
an impressionist style; her particular
strength as an experienced tutor is
to show you proven techniques to reli-
ably create loose, expressive pictures
capturing the essence of the subject,
eliminating unnecessary details. She
is both generous and clear with her
knowledge and inspiring in her
execution. Demonstrating every step of the way in her bold style, she
will have you working fast and loose bypassing the thought process.
