ACCOMPLISHMENTS 

It’s been a big year for Missy.

She received an honorary

doctorate in music from

Berklee College of Music in

May, and in June she was

the first female hip-hop

artist inducted into the

Songwriters Hall of Fame. 

“There will be ups and

downs – prepare for that,”

Missy told the graduates.

“As long as you’re breathing,

it’s never too late.”

NEW MUSIC

Missy’s seventh album has

been in the works since last

year, but there’s not been a

tease of it. She hasn’t even

announced a release date.

So what can we expect?
