held at her pals Gloria and Emilio Estefan’s
awling estate on Star Island in Miami.
“Itwas a real friends and family thing,” a
sourceat the party told People magazine.
Guests included JLo’s kids as well as those
of her fiancé, ALEX RODRIGUEZ – who earlier
surprised her with a red Porsche 911 GTS
conver tible, worth around R1,98 million –
as well as producer LA REID, FAT JOE,
DJ CASSIDY, DJ KHALED and ASHANTI.
The colour theme for the party was gold and
white, and Jenny wore a racy Versace dress. The
black and gold birthday cake was a 10-tier
creation, decorated with white and yellow
flowers, sparklers and rhinestones.
The cake, believed to have
cost around R142 000, took
four men to carry in.
Alex gave a sweet
speech, telling JLo he
loves her deeply and
is happy to be a part
of her 50th birthday.
Then they kissed,
cut the cake and the
party started... and
