½ cup chopped
watermelon
1 cup pink
grapefruit juice
(^1) / 3 cup fresh-squeezed
lime juice
2 scoops vanilla
whey or egg-white
protein powder
6 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in
blender in order listed.
