Cardmaking Stamping & Papercraft – August 01, 2019

(Michael S) #1
GENERAL METHOD
1 Fold 12, 300mm x 105mm pieces of the listed cardstock
in half to create base cards.
2 For each card, cut a 110mm x 80mm panel from the
same colour and set it aside for layering in Step 4.
3 Cut the perforated tags sheet along the lines and the
sunsets paper along the picture outlines and tape them
to the base cards.
4 Cut getaway paper following the picture outlines and
layer them on the mats cut in step 2, then on the card

fronts – placing some directly in the centre and some to
the left- and right-hand sides, or even overlapping the
edge a little.
5 Now for the fun part! Gather the die-cut collectables,
wooden fl ourishes, ribbon and lace, and arrange them
into little collages on the cards until you are happy – try
one word and one wooden fl ourish with several
die-cuts.
6 Affi x these all in place, creating varying depths with one
or more layers of mounting tape.
