Beat the Brexit’ Busfest - with no price
increase for 2019

Busfest claims to be the worlds
biggest VW transporter festival
and takes place from 6th - 8th
September 2019
Originally called Vanfest and
starting in 1994 at the Three
Counties Showground, it has
grown to become the World’s
largest international Bus festival
for owners, lovers and enthusiasts of Volkswagen’s transporters.
Held over 3 days in September, with over 8,000 vehicles and 25,000 people attending,
plus more than 300 trade stands, Busfest provides absolutely everything and anything
you could possibly want to do with VW transporters. Plus a whole lot more!
Busfest is possibly the best VW event to go to for all transporter fans, friends &
families, and will keep you amused with the most comprehensive entertainment
programme for all ages, at any VW event.
They also claim to have the best show ground and facilities in the country for staging
their event whatever the weather. With excellent fixed, indoor and outdoor facilities,
welfare blocks, showers, restaurant & mobile catering, a good water supply, drainage and
tarmac roadways, they will be presenting the biggest vehicle displays of any VW event.
‘We have the largest trade area of any VW event in the world, with everything for your
transporter and a massive vehicle sales area. If you have any doubt as to what we are capable
of achieving, or have not been to our events before, then check out our face book page’.

Brighton Breeze

Things are slightly different
this year, as all tickets are
pre book only. To encourage
more people to become
involved and take part in
the actual cruise, they now
include camping at Hook
Road on the Friday night.
On the Saturday, tickets
will only be available from
Hook Road, it will not be
possible to buy a ticket on the sea front at Brighton.
This years event is themed around the 70th anniversary of the transporter, a Ben Pon Breeze!
With a little help from the infamous Rikki James, there will be a display of the very
oldest together with the very latest in camper conversions and transporters in general. Like
last year, the successful ‘show area’ will again provide somewhere to display the Breeze
winners, and this year will even include a stage for Kludo White who will be playing there,
right next to SSVC HQ.
Advanced tickets, which cover Hook Road camping, the cruise itself, sea front parking
and a regalia pack which includes a T shirt are just £50. Camping at Brighton on the
Saturday is optional and an extra £20 - All prices are per bus.
Friday 4th & Saturday 5th October. There’s more at brightonbreeze.co.uk and on
facebook.
