& shows, picking through the trade
stalls and auto jumbles, finding as
many parts as I could on the cheap.

bus, my neighbours kindly agreed
that I could erect a garage tent.
With a diesel heater, a roll over jig
and some lighting we were off. My
good friend Phil Oatley & I rebuilt,
refurbished, cleaned and painted
everything, throughout the entire
bus a piece at a time. I lowered the
front suspension, dropped the new
IRS by a single notch and fitted
servo assisted discs to all four
wheels. Then I rebuilt the steering
box and replaced the king pins. The
body work and painting was done by
