T

he opening of Hyatt Place Dubai/Wasl District
marks the third property under Hyatt’s modern
essentials brand portfolio and the tenth Hyatt prop-
erty in UAE.
The hotel features 202 guestrooms, including
10 suites and 105 apartments with separate spaces to sleep, work
and play, as well as a ‘Cosy Corner’ sofa-sleeper. Facilities within
the hotel include the Gallery Kitchen Breakfast, Gallery Café, 24/7

Gallery Market, Coffee to Beverages Bar, meeting rooms, gym and

a temperature-controlled swimming pool at the rooftop.

Hyatt Place Dubai/Wasl District joins Hyatt Place Dubai/

Al Rigga and Hyatt Place Dubai/Baniyas Square in increasing

affordable hospitality offerings in the city. According to offi-

cials, Hyatt is diversifying into the mid-tier market in a move

to attract cost-conscious and independent travellers, which

includes international tourists.
