TARUN KUMAR,
CLUSTER HEAD CHEF
Tarun Kumar joined Hyatt Place
Dubai in 2016 and has brought about a
change in the concepts and operations
of the food and beverage division.
He led the team on different
projects within the food and beverage
department such as re-designing the
menu, introducing food festivals and
developing the room service offering
Kumar brings with him more than 15
years of training and experience in the
culinary field.

FATHI KHOGALY,
CLUSTER GENERAL MANAGER
Fathi Khogaly has been an integral
part of the Hyatt family for 32 years.
He has held roles such as opening
director of events from 2002-2005,
apartment manager for the Galleria at
Hyatt Regency Dubai from 2006-2007,
resident manager at Hyatt Regency
Dubai from 2007-2009, hotel manager
of Grand Hyatt Dubai from 2010-2013,
general manager of Hyatt Regency
Dubai from 2013 to 2015 and recently as
general manager of Grand Hyatt Dubai.


BHISHMARAJ SINGH,
CLUSTER HOTEL MANAGER
Bhishmaraj Singh was the second team
member to join the pre-opening team
of Hyatt Place Dubai/Al R igga as it
marked the introduction of the Hyatt
Place brand in Middle East.
After overseeing the openings of
two properties - Hyatt Place Dubai/Al
R igga and Hyatt Place Dubai/Baniyas
Square - as hotel manager, Bhishmaraj
progressed to the role of cluster hotel
manager of Hyatt Place Dubai hotels
in 2017.
