FARAZ KHAN,
ASSISTANT MANAGER-FRONT OFFICE
Faraz Khan started his career in the
hospitality sector in 2015 with Hyatt
Place Dubai/Baniyas Square as a part
of the pre-opening team.
In his role, he was instrumental
in finding creative ways to drive
daily revenue. He experienced great
success in guest recognition and the
development of customer relationships
at the front desk.

BENSLEY CALDEIRA,
CLUSTER REVENUE MANAGER
Bensley Caldeira has more than 10 years’
experience in the hospitality industry
with roles in front office operations,
systems integration, training and
revenue. Bensley has been part of seven
pre-opening projects across different
brands of Hyatt Hotels in various
capacities. He joined the Hyatt Place
Dubai team in 2017 and is responsible
for driving the revenue strategy.


KEITH GAMA,
CLUSTER HUMAN RESOURCE
MANAGER
Keith Gama has been working with
Hyatt Hotels for the past seven years. He
started his career in Goa, India, working
at several properties including Radisson
Blu Goa, Park Hyatt Goa Resorts and
Spa and Goa Marriott.
He then moved to Dubai in 2014 and
took a cluster role across Hyatt hotels
in Dubai.
