the METHOD
1 In a blender, combine the coconut milk, bananas,
maple syrup (if using), vanilla, and cinnamon. Blend
until smooth. Pour into a large jar or glass bowl.
2 Add the chia seeds and stir to combine. Cover and
refrigerate 4-8 hours, stirring every 10 minutes for the
