Sheet-Pan Salmon & Green Beans

the METHOD


1 Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with
parchment paper.
2 In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dill,
parsley, garlic powder, and a pinch each of salt and pepper.
3 Place the salmon in a shallow dish. Pour about 3/4 of the sauce
V]LY[OLZHSTVUHUKZWYLHKP[L]LUS`^P[O`V\YÄUNLYZ:L[HZPKL
4 In a medium bowl, toss together the remaining sauce and the
green beans. Spread beans in an even layer on the prepared
baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
5 Remove the pan from the oven and carefully nestle the salmon
ÄSL[ZPU[OLNYLLUILHUZ9L[\YUWHU[V[OLV]LUHUKJVVRMVY
an additional 10-15 minutes or until salmon is almost cooked
through but still slightly pink in the middle. Serve salmon with a
side of the green beans and lemon wedges for garnish.
