the METHOD
1 Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line an 8-by-8-inch square baking
dish with parchment paper.

3 In a large bowl, whisk together the tahini, egg, coconut sugar,
maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla until well combined.
