1/2 cup tahini
1 large egg
1/4 cup coconut sugar

the METHOD


1 Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line an 8-by-8-inch square baking
dish with parchment paper.
2 0UHZTHSSIV^SJVTIPUL[OLHSTVUKÅV\YJVJVU\[ÅV\Y
collagen, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3 In a large bowl, whisk together the tahini, egg, coconut sugar,
maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla until well combined.

well combined.
5 Fold in the chocolate and cherries.
6 Spread batter in the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle lightly

wire rack, then cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before
