PANTY SHOCK

Perv Epstein bought

them from jail shop

By LEE BROWN

Pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was
able to buy two pairs of small
women’s panties from a jail shop
while serving time for sex of-
fenses, according to newly re-
vealed documents.
The multimillionaire accused
sex-trafficker bought the size 5
undies from the Palm Beach
County (Fla.) Jail’s shop in 2008,
during his 13-month sentence
there for soliciting sex from a mi-
nor, according to jail logs obtained
by the Miami Herald.
The underwear was among more
than $2,000 in purchases that the
sex fiend made while incarcerated,
according to the records.
The jail sells women’s under-
wear because it also houses fe-
male inmates.
The former hedge-fund manager,
who killed himself in a Manhattan
jail cell this month while facing
fresh federal sex charges, wore
medium men’s briefs, along with
sweat shirts from XL to 3XL and
size 12 shoes, the report said.
The Florida jail is the same place
where Epstein was allowed out on
“work release’’ six days a week
during his controversial cushy
sentence. He recently had been ac-
cused of having sex with young
women while supposedly working
in a room next to his lawyer’s of-
fice during that time.
When he actually was behind
bars, Epstein’s cell door was often
left unlocked, and he had almost
unlimited access to a TV, accord-
ing to the records — which

showed him buying more than 800
cups of coffee and 22 tubes of
toothpaste during his stint.
The documents also show that a
paralegal who worked for Epstein
was nabbed trying to smuggle a
book in for him — which was titled
“Face Exercises that Prevent Pre-
mature Aging.’’
Epstein also had 69 doctors’ vis-
its in six months while behind
bars, according to the records —
and so many chiropractor appoint-
ments that he would sometimes go
three times a week.
“His financial status lends itself
to his being victimized while in
custody, and as such, he has been
placed in special management,”
Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office Capt.
Mark Chamberlain wrote in an e-
mail, according to records.
“He is poorly versed in jail rou-
tine and society, and his adjust-
ment to incarceration will most
likely be atypical,” Chamberlain
wrote. “For the time being, I am
authorizing that his cell door be
left unlocked and he be given lib-
eral access to the attorney room
where a TV will be installed.”
But the special treatment infuri-
ated Assistant US Attorney A.
Marie Villafaña, who complained
that allowing Epstein to spend
time in a private office “making
telephone calls, Web-surfing, and
having food delivered to him is
probably not in accordance with
the objectives of imprisonment.”
The Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office,
which oversees the jail, did not re-
spond to a request for comment.

Ghislaine Maxwell donated $
to a New York City charity that
aids victims of child sex traffick-
ing at the same time her pal Jef-
frey Epstein was negotiating a
controversial plea deal in Florida
amid allegations he abused under-
age girls, a new report said.
The contribution to Girls Educa-
tional & Mentoring Services was
made on April 15, 2008, less than
two months before Epstein pleaded

guilty to prostitution charges for
which he served a 13-month sen-
tence, most of it spent on work re-
lease, the UK’s Telegraph reported.
Maxwell also gave NewYork-
Presbyterian Hospital $1,000 after
she and the financier allegedly
brought one of his alleged teen
victims, Virginia Giuffre, for treat-
ment there, the Telegraph said.
Maxwell’s contributions were
made by her Max Foundation TR,

which was run by her and one of
Epstein’s lawyers, the Telegraph
said, citing financial records.
Other beneficiaries of the pri-
vate charity included the Clinton
Foundation, which in 2003 re-
ceived her charity’s biggest dona-
tion ever of $2,500, the paper said.
Meanwhile, Maxwell also gave a
presentation in January about the
ocean to students at Rockport Ele-
mentary School in Rockport,

Mass., The Boston Globe reported.
School officials said they were
unaware of allegations that she re-
cruited underage victims for Ep-
stein.
The school is about 10 miles
from the $3 million waterfront
mansion in Manchester-by-the-
Sea where the Daily Mail has said
Maxwell was living with tech CEO
Scott Borgerson. He has denied the
report. Lee Brown, Bruce Golding

PANTY SHOCK

Britain’s Prince Andrew
on Sunday broke his silence
about his ties to Jeffrey Ep-
stein — calling the sugges-
tion that he participated in
any of his pedophile pal’s
perverted behavior “abhor-
rent.”
The statement from Buck-
ingham Palace came after the
Daily Mail published footage
from 2010 that showed the
Duke of York (above) waving
goodbye to a brunette
woman from inside Epstein’s
Upper East Side mansion.
“[Andrew] has been ap-
palled by the recent reports
of Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged
crimes,” said the statement
to The Daily Telegraph.
“His Royal Highness de-
plores the exploitation of any
human being and the sugges-
tion he would condone, par-
ticipate in or encourage any
such behavior is abhorrent.”
The 59-year-old royal was
photographed going to
church with his mother,
Queen Elizabeth II, last
weekend in Scotland.
It was the first time he was
seen in public since Ep-
stein’s suicide on Aug. 10.

Jeffrey Epstein once
showed up to a luncheon at
a Palm Beach mansion wear-
ing black-velvet slippers —
one embroidered with a
screw and the other with a
large “U” stitched on it, Fox
Business reported Sunday.
“We all got the message,”
one attendee of the 2015 fete
told the outlet. “Jeffrey
couldn’t care less about
what we thought about him
or who he was with.”
The luncheon took place
soon after Epstein was re-
leased from Palm Beach
County Jail. Tamar Lapin
