Gingered tomato, French bean and nectarine salad

A riotous mix of tip-top seasonal bounty where French beans are grilled alongside spicy ginger-topped
sweet tomatoes and served with sharp, juicy nectarines and limey tarragon buckwheat.

A thumb-sized piece of ginger
1 garlic clove
1 lime
1 tbsp demerara sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
400g vine tomatoes
200g French beans
75g buckwheat
