JAZZING THINGS UP
■SERVICE musicians have launched a
competition to get youngsters involved
with big band music.
The British Army Jazz Orchestra is asking
school and youth ensembles to record their
own version of Amazing Grace and the
winners will get to perform a joint concert
alongside the soldiers next year.

it has become an emblem of their
service on the Western Front.
