a higher profi le than it does today,
with a wealth of books, blogs and
apps available to help tackle what is
often termed a “modern epidemic”.
But as anyone who has endured
the terror of a full-blown panic attack
will tell you, these episodes can take
time to resolve and
should not be
ignored.

Panic & anxiety
I focus on
personal self-
care. This
includes taking
part in singing,
art, meditation,
walking my dog
and playing
