BUTT BRIDGE +
LEG EXTENSION
l Lie on the floor with your feet
hip-width apart, heels down.
Squeeze your butt and lift your
hips. Hold for 4 counts (A).
l Extend your right leg, keeping
your hips lifted and square. Hold
for 4 counts (B).
l Lower your leg and hold the
bridge position for 4 counts (C).
l Extend your left leg and hold
for 4 counts (D).

(^4) l Repeat the sequence.
