l Starting in a wide squat
position (A), jump into a
narrow squat (B), then
back into a wider squat.
l Touch the floor with
your hands (C).
l Repeat the sequence.

l From all fours, navel to
spine and shoulders away
from your ears, extend your
right leg to the side, toe
resting on the floor (A).
l Squeeze your glutes,
slowly lift the extended leg
up and down (B).
l Repeat the sequence,
switching your legs
halfway through.
