he beginning of August will see
the critically acclaimed chef, Tom
Sellers, close up shop at his award-
winning, Michelin-starred London
establishment, Restaurant Story, and take
the entire team to Carbis Bay for a six-week
residency, entitled Story by the Sea.
Over the course of the pop-up,
Restaurant Story will work with creative
ocean campaigners, Parley, to remove 50

metric tonnes of plastic from the oceans.
Diners will enjoy a unique five or six-
course menu inspired by the ocean and
created using all that Carbis Bay and the
surrounding area have to offer.
Running from 2 August–14 September,
the set menu will be available for £95 for
lunch for five courses and a six-course
dinner for £125.
