A mere glance of his articles and essays will
reveal how far he is deeply conversant with
matters that fare topical, either in economics,
politics or in social issues. Not all persons have
the technique of cleverly confronting the issues
or tackle the ticklish problems that are created
by the powers that are at Delhi. The fraternal
Dravidian party has achieved now a terrific
success in recently sending the entire lot of its
chosen members as parliamentarians to Delhi.
My humble suggestion is, without any bias
towards their talent and maturity, that they can
have an interaction with Dr. Veeramani before
proceeding to take part in every new session
at Delhi. This intellectual get – together will
energise and still embolden them to effectively
confront the issues that are detrimental to the
nation especially to Tamil Nadu. The apex body
of the DMK may think in terms of organizing
such event at Chennai for bettering the
performance of our Parliamentarians. Thanks
to the versatility of the leader, the members can
have a threadbare analysis of all the issues that
are at stake in both the houses of the parliament.
This will be an ideal step to effectively check the
ruling party which is proudly domineering with
a road roller majority.
Forgetting minor differences, if any among the
parties of United Democratic alliance, they have
to strategically confabulate with one another
in order to counter the common enemy in
Parliament in the interest of the Nation.
