are now open.
The awards, which started in 2014,
celebrate the individuals who work
tirelessly at hotels up and down the
country every day to give their guests
the best possible experience.
Rather than handing out gongs to
business owners, we want to reward
the hard work and passion that we
witness from thousands of hospitality
professionals every year.
The nomination process is now open
and we are inviting all members of the
hospitality industry to have their say; wewant to hear about the best housekeeping
managers, bar staff, concierges, among
others, who are dedicating their working
lives to providing exceptional service at
hotels in the UK.The full list of categories is:

This year the awards will once again
have a top judging panel who will have
their say on the final winners for each
category. The panel is made up of five
top industry names, boasting years of
experience, and will be revealed in the
weeks to come.
The nomination process is now open
until September 23, when a shortlist of
five for each category will be drawn up
and announced, before the winners are
then decided upon by the judging panel.
The winners will be revealed at the
2019 Boutique Hotelier Personal Service
Star Awards ceremony, held at Hilton
Olympia on October 15, the first night of
the Independent Hotel Show exhibition.
