ment in the heart of London’s
Tower Bridge in early summer 2020.
It will follow the completion of a lease
agreement with Acorn Property Group
and Galliard Homes.

Street in Edinburgh, into a new
boutique hotel similar to its sister
property in London, Hotel 41.

The design-led property will also host
all-day dining with outdoor seating, a
coffee shop, cocktail bar, co-working
facilities, two meeting rooms and a gym.
The Bermonds Locke development
ramps up Locke’s investment in the

low the opening of Locke at Broken
