Radical Renderings RENDERINGS BY MICHAEL TRINCHINI, STRICTLY CUSTOM DESIGNS

M

ichael Trinchini is a 22-year-old graphic artist in Houston, Texas. For the last five years, he has been rendering
vehicles for customers to give them a glimpse of what their finished dream truck could look like. Michael
started out doing hand drawings when he was in grade school. After many years, he wanted to expand his
horizons, so he switched to digitalized renderings. To pay homage to his uncle, who used to drive and build
custom semi rigs, Michael used the Strictly Custom name for his brand after his uncle’s passing. As you can see here, he is
using his design skills to help others build their dream rigs, and he’s enjoying every minute of it. If you’re interested in getting
a rendering for a project and would like to see the Strictly Custom Designs spin on it, contact Michael at: instagram.com/

Ed Balaoro is no stranger to
building some wild projects for
the SEMA Show in Las Vegas.
He’s had four builds in the last
eight years, and this year he’ll
be adding a fifth. Judging by
his new ’ 1 9 Dodge Ram project
named Tiger Zord 1500 ,
we’re guessing Ed might be a
Power Rangers fan who hasn’t
quite given up being a kid
just yet. The truck will receive
a 1 2-inch lift kit that will be
powdercoated gold while still
utilizing the factory air ride for
adjustability. A color-matched
set of 24x 12 American
Force Wheels wrapped in
40 x 1 5.50R 24 Fury Offroad
tires will get bolted up to the
Ram using spiked lug nuts. Ed
is adding an A.R.E. Accessories
Double Cover tonneau with a
BedRug under it as well as a
custom front grille with gold
grille surround. To finish it off,
he plans to add AVS window
visors, a Vararam intake,
Gibson exhaust, RK Sport
Hood, Lock’er Down Console
Safe, and custom headlights.

We don’t see many mid-’9 0 s Ford
trucks out there at shows. Lane
Wakeland from Fort Walton Beach,
Florida, is working to change that.
His truck is a ’96 F- 250 4x4 with
a 7.3L Power Stroke diesel. It’ll be
riding on ’ 05 F- 250 axles with RYD
Motorsports coilover mounts and a
track bar. The front end will be lifted
with a set of King Shocks 2. 0 x 12
coilovers and a PMF Suspension
four-link. The rear of the truck is
going to be brought to the sky on a
10 -inch Fabtech Suspension kit with
another four-link powdercoated by
Major League Coatings to match the
paint. The truck will utilize Shifted
Industries wheel spacers then roll
on a set of one-off 24x 18 American
Force Silo MP wheels wrapped in
3 75/45R24 Nitto Trail Grappler tires.
Tuning upgrades will come with the
addition of a Hydra Chip for the 7.3L,
a 5-inch Diamond Eye exhaust, and
an electronic fuel system from Mark
Fugazotto. Other plans include a 10 -
inch Kicker subwoofer in the center
console as well as Kicker amplifiers
and separates in the four doors.
