Discovering just how much I enjoyed the effort
to capture northeastern U.S. logging operations
was one of many takeaways. But the challenge of
hemming an expansive forest into a tiny footprint
was one lesson I’d gladly leave behind. Given that
sentiment, it made perfect sense to relocate my
home, family, and railroad a mere three miles away.
Six years later, I’m operating a bigger and better
backwoods railroad in my backyard.
