The Portsmouth Grammar Junior School is a

the historic heart of Portsmouth.

The PA to the Head and Deputy Head of the
Junior School is responsible for providing
confidential administrative, secretarial and
organisational support. The successful
candidate will have experience of a similar
role within a professional environment,
excellent IT and communication skills and
a commitment to outstanding levels of
customer service.

This is a term time only post plus 4 weeks

in the school holidays, with some
flexibility required to support occasional
evening or weekend events such as our
Open Mornings. The hours of work are
37.5 per week 8.00am to 4.00pm each day
with an unpaid 30 minute lunchbreak.
