MASALA FIX

Kiara Advani is surely going places. The talented actress has bagged
some plum projects. For starters, she has Tushar Kapoor’s and
Shabina Khan’s Laxmmi Bomb opposite Akshay Kumar, Dharma
Productions’ Sher Shah with Sidharth Malhotra and Good News
with Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Diljit Dosanjh.
She recently signed Nikkhil Advani’s co-production with Electric
Apples’ Indu Ki Jawani. We now hear that Dharma Productions
is planning a sequel to Lust Stories, tentatively called Guilty.
According to sources, Kiara will be seen playing an important
character in the web film once again. It’s heartening to see
the actress do so well for herself.

KIARA BAGS DHARMA’S

WEB SHOW

Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara
Advani recently visited late Captain
Vikram Batra’s home in Palampur,
Himachal Pradesh and met up with
his family. The two are doing Sher
Shah based on the late captain’s
life. They spent some quality time
with the family and went through
his memorabilia in a bid to get to
know him better. For the uninitiated,
Captain Batra lost his life in the
Kargil war in 1999, while fighting
bravely with Pakistan. His last words
on the battlefield, “Yeh dil maange
more!” made him immortal. He
was awarded the Param Vir Chakra
posthumously.

DAMSEL IN DISTRESS: Manmarziyaan co-stars, Taapsee Pannu and
Vicky Kaushal, were seen getting goofy on the set of a reality show.
Their chemistry is too hot to ignore. Fire, ice and spice... they have it all.

This stunning television star, who ventured into films and even
dabbled with a couple of them with top heroes, now seems to
want to return to TV, where she once had a hit show running.
She’s been sending feelers to production houses about how
she wants to return to the small-screen and do something
bigger than what she did in the past. It’s a smart move
indeed. Because it’s better to be the queen of your domain
than remain mere eye candy in the showbiz alleys.

GUESS WHO?
