steps. The good
news? Using the
handrails is allowed,
so get working on
your upper body
strength and your
cornering technique.

Islands for this five-
day running (and
music) festival,
tackling some of
the islands’ more
technical terrain,
including steep
ascents, descents,
and exposed
mountain ridges. On
the 60km, 42km or
13km routes you run
along ancient trails,
sheep paths and
boggy, uneven
terrain and through
picturesque villages,
before returning to
base camp to enjoy
adventure sports
in an exquisite setting.
