Changed Perspectives-

A Visionary

The Tech industry has a reputation of promoting innovative
concepts and novel ways to approach challenges. But besides
this how do you break the glass ceiling, the discriminatory pay,
the undeniable biased perspective. So unless there are more
women in the workforce, these beliefs will not be re-dressed.
Women need to break the stereotypes and demonstrate that
they are ready to take up technically strategic roles.

Her advice to women “Be empathetic and respectful to
everyone, be a giver and not a taker. Create a powerful
connection with the people around you and never ever
underestimate what you are truly capable of doing”.

A fact is that when women hold technology in their hand,
wonders begin to happen. Women who have trudged downfalls,
criticisms and failures and have emerged as Transformers in
the Technology industry. Breaking the stereotypical concept that
women don’t take risks, they become champions of technology
for social good and a propagator of gender diversity while
pushing all the barriers.

Today Tech giant companies, appreciate the power of female
being in the Technology industry and try to increase women
representation in their company. The diversity pendulum has
begun to swing and the results are transformative, not only for
business or technology, but for society broadly. The best part of
diversity is women not only apply their hands and minds to
technology; but also their heart and emotions, this will lead to
technology not replacing us, but will amplify our human
ingenuity and change the world for good.

Promoting Diversity-

Powerful Mentor

Promoting diversity in the industry leads to greater innovation,
considering different perspectives and approach towards an
issue. Women in Technology around the world face deep cultural
obstacles, these issues make it difficult for women to thrive in
this sector. Although the STEM education pipeline is more diverse
in India, nearly 50 percent of Women in Technology quit their
employment from junior to mid-level. In the re-alm of
