Green House

The lack of vegetation in urbanised areas, as a result of
human establishments, directly affects the quality of life. The
construction of vertical gardens is recommended both in
interiors and especially in the exteriors of the building. The new
modern concepts for landscape development are keen on using
any kind of concrete or glass, and then turning them into real
vertical gardens. This makes a smooth transition to an urban
green space for a healthy environment.

What Are Vertical Gardens?
Vertical gardening is a special kind of urban gardening suitable
to small spaces, particularly for decorating the walls and roofs
in various styles, all placed in a vertical space. Green walls are
not only spectacularly beautiful, but also helpful in enhancing
the ambiance.

Why Vertical Gardening?
Intensive urbanisation has left hardly any horizontal space for
outdoor gardens. Vertical gardening can help in cleaning outside
air pollutants - the dust, the carbon footprint of people and fuel
emissions, thereby reducing urban heat effect and smog to create
habitats for birds and beneficial insects, and expanding the balance
of the biodiversity. It also insulates and cools the building envelope.
Besides, it can be used for growing food in urban settings, creating
sustainable and local control of food sources.
